Translation of Police Certificates

Hello everyone,

During the last 10 years I have lived in 4 different countries outside of my home country Pakistan, which include Portugal, Hungary, Belgium and UAE. Among all of them, only UAE issues the original certificate in English. I believe I will have to have the rest of them translated in either English or French. The problem is that there isn't any certified translator in my home country for Hungarian and Portuguese languages.

I'll be thankful if someone can help me out in solving this situation.
