Hello. If I need to submit my birth certificate that is not in English, should I:
1. Certify a copy first with a public notary and then bring it to a certified translator for a translation
OR
2. Bring a regular copy to a translator so that a certified translator can certify a copy and translate it afterwards (if it's even possible)
