Translation of documents in Saudi Arabia

I would like pleas to ask about the translation in Saudi Arabia is it enough that the translator is licensed and he wrote on the translation that this a true translation with name stamp with membership number as he told us there is no separate paper of affidavit for a translation,Thank you

I submitted my application with the stamped/signed translation and copy of the documents stamped without affidavit same as my friends who received PR.
