Hi
I am gathering the documents for my parents sponsorship , I have a question :
For birth certificates and their marriage certificate , the translation is on October 2013, do you think they are acceptable? Or they have to get new one.

I would think the translation should be sufficient no matter when it was completed, my opinion only. What does the document checklist say? Is there an exipry on translations?

Another thing. You do realize you can't send in a sponsorship for parents/grandparents right now. It won't be accepted. They will likely open it to 5000 applicants again in January 2015.

We are in the second stage. The application was sent on December 2010.

I need to know is there any expiration for translation certificate?

I did a quick search and didn't find anything relating to an expiry date for a translation, so I think you can safely assume that since the information didn't change, then the translation is fine.

I would suggest you look at the guidelines you used to submit the application for questions though. If you can't be bothered to look it up, why would others be bothered to look it up for you?

Best of luck to you.

Thank you for your response , but I did search for 2 days all websites and instructions and immigration canada website , but I could not find anything , because of this I ask this question .
