I am starting this thread as i am not getting a clear answer from my lawyer about chat log translation. If anyone went through this issue PLEASE help me out.
All government documents that needed to be translated in English has been done but my lawyer advised it was not needed for our chat logs which are in Tamil typed in english alphabets. Now I am reading peoples blogs and some people are saying its mandatory to have those translated and my lawyer still says CPC-M WILL REQUEST IT "IF NEEDED" but I want to be prepared in advance since I got AOR1, DECISION MADE, BIO & MEDICAL DONE, MEDICAL RECEIVED AND FILE XFERED TO CPC-M. Or am I over thinking and should just wait it out? Please help me if anyone one o you went through this and how did you handle it?? Thanks in advance.
