I have applied for transit visa (3hr layover in Toronto) for Canada from India and the final destination is Mexico. Yesterday I have received my passport without any stamp with a slip stating that necessary information regarding my application will be sent to my email. What does it signify? Visa approved or rejected? Please someone help me out with this
