I applied online for a transit visa to Bermuda for work (all supporting documentation sent) at the Trinidad and Tobago visa office on May 1st 2018, according to the site the processing time is 7 days. It's day 11 and nothing from the visa office as yet. I co-worker got hers within the 7 days period in January. I'm worried mines is taking so long is it a denial pending? Or my case is different. We are both traveling on approved work permits with no intention of staying in Canada. I'm wondering if my process is taking longer because I was denied a visitors visa in 2015. Any assistance in this matter will be appreciated.
P.s. a late denial is going to cost me a lot of money and time as I have already given notice to my current job.
