transit visa in Germany --- required???

me and my wife got the flight going to toronto and has a lay over thru Frankfurt Germany... Does this Airport requires transit visa??? thanks

Not required. Visa required if u come via USA.

NOT AT ALL...THATS CONFIRMED....MY FRIEND DID SAME, VIA FRANKFURT TRASNIT OF 6 HOURS TO VANCOUVER. NO ISSUES

I travelled via Frankfurt so many times. No transit visa required. I heard only if u travel via USA, then visa is required.

Reason is , when travel agent process booking on their Booking System , if there is any requirement of Transit Visa , system demands Visa Number , as PNR has to be passed to respective country by Booking System.

In case after booking , and before travelling any immediate change comes , travel agent gets an email generated by IATA system to inform traveler , and update system.

I am sure now my reasoning / recommendation is clear and fully understandable.
