Transit visa for a refugee visa

I am privately sponsored refugee with a Syrian passport. I am currently living in UAE. I got the visa and looking to book a flight to Montreal. There is no direct flights and I will have to transit throught Frankfurt or Paris.
Does anyone have experience with that to tell me if I need a transit visa?
I read online that Syrians are exempted if they have a Canadian visa, but is the one-entry PR visa accepted?
I just want to make sure I won't have any issues in the airport.

Yes your sponsor group an the government should provide you with whatever transit documents are necessary in the documents you are given. Most refugees whether they are privately sppnsored or government sponsored often have a layover before they get to Canada.
