On Nov 2, 2011 my file got transfered to Seattle.

Senoirs, any guess on when do I get my MR?

Your case is onder FSW category so I'm not sure. But according to CIC website, the processing time for FSW at buffalo is on average 21 months. I think it's expected within next 2-3 months that Seattle will issue MR. Your case should be expected to be finalized within July, 2012.

That's a good sign! When did you get this update? Hopefully you'll get your PPR within 2-3 weeks.
My ecas hasn't changed and didn't hear anything yet from Seattle:

E-case was updated on 17th November, 2011 and I'm a Oct 2010 applicant.

I heard that Seattle does not utilize the E-CAS system, but seems according to your case, they do update it.

. Yes I am watching on your time line. Before they takes usually 1.5 month (45 days) for document request or passport request from transfer date but now you have 2.3 month (67 days) from transfer your file to Seattle. They didn't ask anything.
