transfer visa to a new passport

Hi all,
My passport is running out of pages (3 pages left but won't be for long given my frequent travels). How should I transfer my Canadian single entry visa to a new passport? and how much will it cost?

There is no such thing as a 'visa transfer'. You can still use your valid visa to travel to Canada using your new passport + visa stamp in the old passport. So, you don't need to do anything, just show up with both passports. Good Luck!

@noscaf2014: thanks for your suggestion. As i apply for a new passport, the old one will be punched a hole on it - to indicate that the old one is no longer valid. This hole will pierce through every single page of the old passport including the visa page. Would it somehow impact on the visa's validity?
