transfer University BSc add to ECA

Hi Team

I have completed my BSc ( Bachelor of Science ) from Southease Missouri State University (USA). But I only study in USA nearly 2.5 Years Thus I have completed my Diploma from Sri Lanka and then transfer to USA university.

So is this valid as a $ year Degree in ECA process ? if so how can I put that in ECA application form in WES
