I have accepted for master program at Concordia university in Montreal for winter semester and I have passed a term. For summer term, I got leave up absence and I came back to my home country. I have applied for a program at George brown collage at Toronto and I got a 1 year admission then I withdraw my program at Concordia. I came back to Canada Toronto on September with same study permit and the officer did not ask any question! I changed the DLI and I transferred my schools. My new admission at George brown is for January but I came back at 20th of September 3 months earlier. I wonder to know does it make any problem for my visa or study permit after?

My second question is about part time job between transfer school gap. Can I work till January when my new program will start?

No you can’t work until the day you start school I’m January. You had an active student visa. CBSA probably thought you were just returning after a summer break at home. If you work illegally you will lose your PGWP if you get caught. It will definitely get flagged that you were in Canada doing nothing for so long before starting George Brown. Why did you return so early?

No, the officer asks about my program and I explained that I changed study and she asked why you came back so soon and I said because I thought my visa will be expired. besides, I came back to find a place and try to get driving license. but currently I am staying at my family relative place. So, you think does it make a problem for me to staying at Canada till my program start?
