Transfer of the Canadian Tourist Visa to a New Passport

I am currently on a student visa in Germany, and I lost my Iranian passport, which contained a valid Canadian VISITOR visa label, while I was attending a field trip and workshop in Greece. I would like to inquire about the possibility of transferring my visa to my new passport.
