transfer of institution

Friends i want to know that after reaching Canada can we change our institution??and what is the procedure for that??and why do people do that??

You can change institution from college to college, college to university and university to university. People change it for many reasons like they are not liking the course, the place is not suitable or in other place it is easy to get jobs etc. etc.

ok tell me one thing that because i have not much funds and heard that the memorial uni of NFL is cheapest then others and the consultant told me that the total package is cheaper then other areas..and i also heard that the job opportunities are less there rather then ontario and other provinces..i was thinking that if i will successful in getting visa then i will transfer it from mun to other institutions in ontario..what you people say about that??
