You can open account in canada through that and also put the money in.

Hi Gautam,

There is Scotia Bank in Connaught Place, New Delhi. Do you know if they are into retail banking as I am under the impression that they are into corporate and investment banking only?

Cheers..

I'm in Canada and I'm running short of funds. Can I use my Indian debit card to withdraw funds from any ATM in CAD?
Yes you can if its Visa / Master card enabled.
But the bank will charge you a commission of 3% or less may vary with Bank policies.

Already did that. Used my Indian debit card to withdraw funds from Scotia Bank ATM. Thanks.
