Transfer of college

Hi!
I am planning to go to canada for study in sep 2019 intake but all seats are filled in Ontario Toronto but I am able to get admission in Montreal in CEGEP college.
I want to know that can I move t Toronto after having one semester in Montreal and other three in Toronto.
Is it possible for me to have one semester in Montreal and other 3 in Toronto.

Would not recommend this, better wait a semester at home and just start at the college you want.

Its impossible to know which credits will and won't transfer between your schools until its actually time to do it.
What refund will you get?

Finding places to stay and moving is a pain even in same city.

CEGEP doesnt seem to have a good reputation.

Can you please name some colleges or university of Toronto Ontario where intake is still open for September.
I want to take admission in IT college.
