Transfer from FSW Inland to CEC

Hi Team,

My first thread here so be nice
I am in Canada since Feb 2020 and I have an AOR for FSW Nov 2020.

I have a couple questions -

1. At this point I qualify for CEC as well... Is there a way I can covert or withdraw and reapply for a CEC?
2. If not can my wife (OWP) apply for CEC (She qualifies)
3. Can i apply for BOWP? and does that nullify my WP (valid till Jul 2023)

Again, i apologize if this is not the correct place to ask this question, so please help.
