Hi
I'm from India and I have graduated from Anna University(B.E). Also my spouse has graduated through University of Madras and Tamilnadu Teachers Education University. As of the new rule in WES the university has to directly send the transcripts to them.. Do anyone know the procedure for the same? kindly guide me through. are the process same for all the universities?

Yes, the process is same for all the university since WES has changed the process starting Oct 2018 and now requires the university to send the sealed transcript envelope directly to WES.
