Transcripts mandatory for e-APR application ?

Hello,

I have an urgent inquiry :

Is it a must to upload transcripts along with graduation certificate & ECA during e-APR ?

Can I only upload the grad certificate & ECA ? Has anyone done this successfully ?

If your education is from outside canada then no need to upload transcripts but if any of ur educational credential is from a canadian institution then you must upload transcript

Regardless of Canadian education or not. It is recommended to upload transcript if available, as you don't wanna take risk with CIC.
The ultimate goal is to satisfy VO, for that provide every piece of info you have.
