Transcripts in uni cover??

Is it mandatory to send the transcripts in uni cover?

Was wondering how do I get those uni covers... I have all original transcripts and can I send them enclosed in any ordinary cover??

Try and get the envelope from the university to avoid having any problem at the local visa office.

Just request ur university to attest/authenticate photocopies of your transcripts & degree certificate and then also request them to to pack these certified copies in university envelope, they will also seal and stamp it on request. University will charge some nominal amount for this service. No need to send any sort of original documents or degrees.

It is what CHC want.

If the CIC wants them in a Uni cover..then you have no choice,unless ofcourse the Uni doesn't have it's name on such covers,which I assume is unusual. Good Luck!
