Transcripts for Graduation and Post graduation

Hi All,

Is it necessary to carry transcripts of graduation and post graduation at the time of immigration ?
I already have a valid ECA report from WES Canada.

Is there a chance that transcripts will be requested anytime during stay in Canada or ECA report should be sufficient for everything ?

After ECA report expires in 5 years, if we want to renew the report, would transcripts be requested ?
