I ordered my transcript for both my Bachelor's and Master's 7 years ago for another visa. Can I upload it for my EE application? Or do they need something more recent? I have my WES evaluation and both of my degree certificates.

no need to upload your transcripts, even wes isn't needed but just uploaded as a safeguard. you're good to go
