transcript ???does they need it now,with my full application to local CHC

hi to all
seniors plz help
i got my mail of my AOR but have not got any letter by post
i will send my application in last week of jan 2010
they have asked for the transcript of my degrees from University
but i asked from University they say it will take time around 1 or 1 and a half month .... Does they really need it or orignal degrees will do??
i live in india and have done my all Degrees from hare and i have done Masters in Sports Physiotherapy NOC 3142

Yes you need the Transcripts in sealed envelopes as specified by your local CHC. Don't delay in requesting the transcripts from the university as it takes time as you said.
