Tracking PNP/QSW March 2012 applications to Nova Scotia

Hi and congratulations! Where do you live and when what date was the lettermail stamped? I am from a visa exempt country as well and I am not sure if they got my address right(

I live in Vancouver BC. the confirmation of PR is issued on Aug 22. and I received the letter on the 29th Aug, went to Pacific Hwy boarder crossing on the 30th Aug finalized the landing, since its only 30 mins drive from city of Vancouver. you should received the landing paper directly instead of PPR

Is this not just only for the 2013 and after pnp applicants ? or does it apply to people who had applied in early 2012 as well and are yet not PR.??

I think it applies to all. And it should be like that. The provinces nominate those who are needed by the provinces. If a nominee leaves after getting the PR, then it would defeat the purpose. So let's not exploit the system which is already in a mess.

Stupid Canada Post!!! The envelope went from Montreal to St-Jerome. It got re-routed to Montreal so now I should be receiving it tomorrow...

Got the passports. We'll go to the border tomorrow for landing. Does anyone know of any documents we should take there? I've heard of bank statements and previous permits; but there's no such thing mentioned in the information page enclosed.
