Hi ranaway,

Just a question for you. Have you got request for RPRF? If yes, did you pay? As of not I didn't see a single applicant getting refused after the decision has been made. I understand your situation, but just be positive buddy....it will come to you pretty soon.

My suggestion to you is contact CPP-O to know about the status of your application. Tell them that your ECAS shows Decision Made since June 28, 2013 and do not have any further communication after that. Let's see what they will reply. Because one of November-2012 guys had this issue.

Dear Sir/Madam,



Please wait until our office request you to submit your passport.



No further action is required by you at this time.



An immigration officer will be in contact with you if any further correspondence is needed.



We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

Because cashing a check itself indicates that your file is completely OKAY and ready for issuance of your PPR.

While looking at track sheet seems like 11 members are still waiting for PPR including me.Hopefully Any of us will share a good news.From last two months it seems like the time is going very slow.I am thankful to sarayu and all other forum members to support this thread.

I had the same case brotha...I had decision made August 2012. and after 25 days I received a letter that they refuse to give me PR.

I got this email on July 10th. I don't think cash the check means anything, because it says if your application is refused, the RPRF will be returned. My RPRF was paid once I send out the application and was cashed out within two weeks after I mailed application. I plan to send another email with a screenshot on the DM in the ECAS. See how's the reply.

Yes, you may be right too. Just in case if something goes wrong they have a policy to reimburse the RPRF. Anyway, I don't want to think negative for you. And, I think better you wait for 2 more weeks and see. Because you said you got the reply just July 10th which is about 2 weeks only. This is my suggestion...so, what do you think?
