My ECA has changed to "medicals received" on Mar 21...so, why my status is not getting changed to "In Process"? Can any one tell me plz???

I am in the same boat. Status changed to 'Medicals Received on March 8th', No update after that.

I don't know why this confusion for few applicants like us. Have you submitted your PCCs along with your application to CIO? Do you have any doubt that they may request for any additional documents? Do you have a representative?

I am thinking that they may ask for my updated PCCs...that's only question I do have. Please reply me.

Hey Sarayu,

No I did not submit the PCC's to CIO. I sent them to CPP-O, to the address they asked me to mail it to them at. I also wrote to them asking if they received it and they acknowledged it saying that they received the PCC's. No representative either and no request for additional documents. I really do not know whats going on here. I really hope they do not ask for them again, its such a pain getting them. Sometimes I wonder if they do a random picking of cases rather than in sequential order. Whats your view?

I have submitted my Indian PCC to CIO that was just 1 week old but still there is no update on my case.
i have one question, i have not submitted canadian PCC, i am in canada for more then 1.5 years. my representative said no need to submit it they will check ur record during background check. do u think that could be the issue?

Just write to them at ottpilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca, asking them is they received it. Give your Application Number, Name and UCI. They will reply in a weeks time at the most, in my case they replied within a day which surprised me. I am in Canada too, for the past 3 yrs now, I have not sent the RCMP check either, dont think its required unless they ask you to send one. I wish they were better at communicating, its so frustrating to play the guessing game. Lets all hope for the very best and lets pray that all of us in this group get our PR's by May 2013.

Just now I have tried logging in my ECAS with my wife and son's UCI numbers...but it was not successful...got this message..."We were not able to identify you using the information you provided."....donno why?...

I am little bit tensed now....they might ask me to get all my PCCs again as I got the PCCs in April/May 2012 and my application was OFFICIALLY received on Nov 15th which is too long in terms of PCCs acceptance. Let's see...
