Tracking PNP November 2012 applications to CIO Nova Scotia

My visa office is CPP-O. I have not included my PCC in my application and obtained it later. it will expires in two months and I just wanted to make sure they ask me before that. Do you think it is a good idea if I send it to CPP-O before receiving a request from them?

99.9% they should ask for your PCC in less than 2 months...but you never know. I think we can send PCC before they ask you, but my afraid is I don't want it to get misplaced. Please inquire with July group, they may tell you if we can do it.

I am sure you can save some time if you send the PCC now itself.

Send it to your VO which is CPP-O, provide a cover letter and include your name, DOB, and File number.
I just sent mine last week.

as you are the expert and follow the trend of previous batches, do you know when should we expect for police certificate or additional document request from the VO (CPP-O in my case)?

PCC can be forward to your VO even without request from your VO, it will save you time. As you mentioned that your PCC is expiring soon, so you need to sent it asap. Mailed your original PCC to CPP-O and make sure you used courier service with you can track your mail.
Make a cover letter with your name, DOB, and FIle number.

Mail it to;

but i have not received any AoR from VO so, I send my PCC to CIO-S. hope they will forward it to CPP-O along with my medical report.
if not can i send copy of PCC to CPP-O as i have already send my orignal to CIO-S.

Hi mhey,

As per the track sheet, you are the only guy left from Manila to receive MR. Appleguy got his AOR on Jan 18 and MR on Feb 17. You got your AOR just one day before to Appleguy. I think it's not very late compared to Appleguy's time lines. I suggest you to wait till the end of this week and think about contacting CIO.

Hello Everyone....
I am new to this forum. I have a questions regarding my file.
I sent my PNP application to CIO in Nov received my file number on January 28th and Medical Request on Feb 12th. I am currently residing in Saskatoon SK and my wife is in Pakistan.
DMP in Pakistan has asked my wife to provide the full address of Visa office handling our case apparently its very important. My question is as my file is still with CIO (Sydney Nova Scotia) should we provide them the address of CIO or should we give them the address of Case processing Pilot ottawa where my file will eventually go.
Help on this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Is it the same with everybody OR just with outside North America? Because none of our group have got AOR from VO as of now and many of us have already been finished medicals.

I only know how it works here. our VO is Tel Aviv. They should send you some sort of acknowledgment letter to let you know the file is received by them, this usually takes a couple of months from receiving AOR from CIO, then you have to wait for a processing time of about 9-12 months to get you MR. truly I have no idea why it takes so long here. some people wait 4-5 months, other wait more then a year.

I sent my all my PCC's with my inital application to CIO .... Cos I dont want to be bothered about asking for additional documents

Confirmed with UPS tracking number from MD office that medicals was received at ottawa on february 6th
