I finally received my passport with Magic Sticker...Just happy.

It was quite fast I guess..My passport was delivered on November 8th and my friend in TO received it today...Thanks to the officers for their job.

Once again, I would like to thank you all of your for your support and advices!!

And wish you all to get your Magic Sticker at the very nearest future!! My best wishes to you guys!!!

Hi All,

Request you to please share your experience of your application, so that I can guess/know my timeline by comparing with your application.
Presently, I am on Employers Work Permit.
Submitted the application within Canada.
I got the CSQ and then applied for Federal.

Kindly find my processing details below (ECAS) -
1.We received your application for permanent residence on November 22, 2012.

2.We started processing your application on April 24, 2013.

3.Medical results have been received.

4. RPRF fees requested on May 30th 2013, Paid on June 1st 2013.

From then no updates till now..... Its almost 5 months over no further updates.
please share your experience of your application....

Thanks for sharing your timeline. It's really long time in your case after your status got changed to "In Process". Two things I can suggest you here.
1. You can directly contact CIC call center at +1-888-242‑2100 or send CPP-Ottawa an email requesting for status update. I hope you are in Canada right now, so you can contact them without any issue.
2. You can order for your GCMS notes. These notes tell you the exact information what's happening with your application. If you have any attorney/representative, they have to file on behalf of you...if you applied directly then you can apply for your GCMS notes by yourself.

I have added you to November 2012 track sheet. Let us know if you have any questions.

I called customer care, they said they cannot help on this and I have to wait till they update in eCAS.
The agent asked me what is your processing time I said 20 months, then he said I have to contact customer service or write an email to VO only if my processing time is crossed.
Iam not sure what action to take further.
Can I order the GCMS file from http://www.gcmsfile.com or shall I order from http://www.caips.ca, share experience on this GCMS option.

I applied Nov. 7, and my file went in process may 15 followed by rprf on may 22 and nothing I heard since then. So don't worry to much you're not alone..

just to keep up the updates. My application status now says "Decision made" today on 22/11/2013.

I already had my passport requested on october 02 but the DM status changed today from "in process" to "Decision made". This means that my passport should be back soon???? they still got it on the VO since 04 of November 2013.

Today I got "Ready For Visa Letter" email today and eCAS is changed to "Decision Made".

Does anyone know about the specifications for the photos that should be submitted when VO requests passports? (I am a provincial nominee) I received a letter from VO asking to submit "3 passport-sized photos for myself and each accomplanying dependant" (along with our passports).

But the link they sent me for reference is actually the specifications for TPR visa that is 35mm to 45mm.
