Hi Guys ....I just got email to update my personal information from May 3, 2012 to present. They have also asked me to submit a copy of my passport...

There is one line that I am confused about. The statement says-

With the exception of Police Certificates, please submit the requested documents as scanned attachments and send to the following e-mail address:

Does it mean they are asking for police certificate as well but through mail because they did not mention anywhere else for police certificate other than this statement.

Also is it Ok if I just write my personal history on a plain paper....

I am excited to get PPR soon and I hope everyone else gets it .....

Disregard the police certificates line.Dont hold your hopes up.It will be a while before you get ppr.Sign the petition,at least we have a chance with it

This is rediculous!So they are issuing ppr to december,january applicants-which means they are NOT on strike.But i am pretty sure they will tell us that this delay has been caused in part by strike actions.Also i read a comment from ansolute zero:

which i believe tell us that they consider us dumb morons.How come January 2012-june 2012 cases are so unique that they had to delay us for a year.

I wrote my personal history on the computer and attached it as a pdf. If I would have scanned it it would also either have been a jpg or a pdf so I think it is ok.
And the line that confuses you is just the standard line they always use. This email they are sending out is pre-written and saved, they just type in what they want. In your case no police certificate.

Anyways, we need 70 signatures.Tell your friends, families, coworkers to sign the petition.As soon as we get 200 intend to send 3 actual LETTERS by mail.One directly to immigration,another to Kennys office and final third to immigration critique(forgot her name)
Also i am trying to contact previous forgotten buffalo,maybe they can guide us.
The best way to do this ofcource is to picket in front of ottawa office.But we need at least 20 people to do that.

You know what the funny thing is,if we dont do anything i guaranty you, we wont get anythng untill september, and that is for january/february applicants,march/april/may winter.Do you want to wait for another half a year?I dont.Others are getting pprs in 4-5 months.Dont forget we are inland applicants,they are supposed to give us priority.Another thing, nw imagine you get ppr one day and send your passport to ottawa, well now allow at least a month,maybe two for the passport to come back.and another 2 to get the card.Sounds just damn dendy!

you're absolutely right!!!! It sucks!
I got laid off from work because the company didn't have enough money to work on all our projects (exploration and mining industry) and I just have a visa to work for this employer! So now I am here waiting for the PR and can't wait and make a huge amount of debt!!!!! It sucks but I want to have the PR!!! Signed the petition and if I would be in Ottawa I'd be happy to do something and show CIC that we are f*****g pissed and frustrated!!!!!
Can you post all the addresses for the mail then and please and let us know when we reached the 200 signatures....

You are absolutely right chicka if we don't do anything they will make us to wait for another half year for sure. I'm so f***n sick & tired of waitin. Those who applied after me are getting their PR cards already

Talking about strike,just got off the phone with my friend who filed for PR in december 2012 in Saskatchewan.Guess what he got ppr today.6 months after me and he got.He has 3 kids,lived in probably 5 contries.Where is equality??????????

Just found other forums,posted the petition website,should expect more signatures.Already 125!!!We need more people.Tell everyone you know.The more we get the more attention we will draw to us.
