Need to know if my application is considered in 300 capsize for 1112

Hi,

I am Dipesh Virani, i had posted my courier to CIO with all the documents and demand draft of Canadian $550 on 19th and it has reached today 22/08/2013 in Arrived at Sort Facility CINCINNATI HUB - USA CINCINNATI HUB, OH - USA 03:13.

I need to know if my application will be considered for 300 capsize for occupation code 1112, as the capsize has reached 300 limit yesterday.

I am applying through Y-axis and they said they had done my evaluation with Canada on 16th August which they call it as petition.

I am very much concerned if my application will be considered or refused. Can anyone let me know how the capsize works and will my application be considered.

Hello Bro,

I just wish to know if you have done with your final procedure for your Visa.

I have been informed that my NOC 1112 reached is max cap size and it has been returned on 2nd december, though i have not yet received.

Any advise that should i again apply for canda visa or should i apply for Australia Visa. Any suggestions. Can i know since how long have you been applying for this Visa. I had applied for FSW 1112 financial analyst visa. Did you appy under FSW visa as well under other NOC.

Please let me know about your visa application so that i can come to know how it works coz you applied in May and in November month you were waiting for your passposrt so almost 7 months it took for you to aget visa.

Please reply any information would be influencial for my visa application in next cap size.I was asked by my Y-axis people to apply for FSW in the month of August 19th to go ahead for FSW visa. and i had faith in them and applied man they are just making money and now i have got my application returned though i have not received my application but they will deduct 60% of my fees as the application has returned. So they purposly wanted to earn the money and hence forced me to apply for the FSW. So that they can earn atleast 60% of the fees.

hello brother. i want to clear one thing that my categorey is different and its under PNP. i m already in canada. so processing ties are totally different. my suggestion is you can try different category like PNP or wait .
