I'm new to this forum. Me and my family will be immigrating to Canada soon through Ontario's Provincial Nomination Program. Here's our timeline so far:

CIO received application: January 28, 2013
AOR received: March 4, 2013
Visa office: Manila

Hi,

File was returned due to credit card decline. Canadian dollar soared high to the currency of my credit card at the time of transaction. I paid online and attached the receipt and resent the application

OWP = Open Work Permit

yes i did, but, on new "bridge" extension, the problem is that at the time i aplied for that i didn't have "yes" answer on my PR application. Basically
i will email them and explain that i fulfill all conditions now.

i didn't want to wait because my WP would end.

What do you reccommened me to do now?? just get my papers again and go to the border and spend 150$ on new WP (i already live and work in canada)?? or wait and see will they give me OWP ?
