Tracking PNP December 2012 applications to CIO Nova Scotia

I got mail from Ontario PNP program that have been selected and was told to submit my documents to CIO office at Sydney, Nova Scotia on October 2012. I finally mailed my documents to CIO and the courier service confirmed me that the documents have reached to CIO on 16th January 2013.

Meanwhile, I got another mail from Ontario that I can apply for temporary open work visa for two years while my PR is being finalized. I have already applied for the same and VFS office told me that it will take 20 days to get back my passport.

Now, my questions are :
1) Will CIO office confirm me that they have received my documents?
2) Do I need to come back to my home VO office for medical and interview if I travel to Canada with temporary work permit ?

Can anybody answer my questions ? :

They will send AOR by email if you have given the email id otherwise by post.
2) Do I need to come back to my home VO office for medical and interview if I travel to Canada with temporary work permit ?

youcan do it in cnda as long as the one who is doing is approved one.
Can anybody answer my questions ? :

Recieved AOR on Jan 25, 4:09am. So either its automated or someone in india is sending them out

Automated I think, as I got mine 23:15 here in the UK, don't think CIC are working overtime in Halifax.

Automated, i got it at 6 PM in Calgary, which corresponds to 930 PM in NS.

ECAS - "Application Received". We received your application for permanent residence on December 3, 2012.

My application is in their system now, 3 days after having the AOR. So happy
