TRACKER: New Procedure FOR FSW after November 1st, 2008

I see lot of questions coming to know the processing time at any stage. Sometimes we dont know the correct answer as it depends on the visa office, country apply from, work experience or anything. Moreover, we smell that CIC has become a lot faster in new process. Finally, I thought of starting this thread to monitor the processing times... Please post only timelines.. no discussion please!
You are welcome to enter ur timelines even before November 1st but New Procedure only plz!
