Tracker - Minor (<18) applications

Hi

I have applied for Citizenship for two Minors (13 & 11) with no accompanying adult application.

AoR received Aug 28

BUT still unable to access Tracker. Sent a webform enquiry specifically asking if solo Minors were excluded from Tracker access. Received a useless generic instruction on how to access Tracker…like I don’t know!

Does anyone here know?

I think that's just a case of IRCC being slow. Access to the tracker (for my own adult app) took close to a month for me, even though I got AOR first iirc.

As per https://ircc.canada.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=299&top=3 and https://ircc.canada.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=300&top=3 it seems like there's not an exception for solo minors, you just need to enter their details to check the status of their app, so if you have the right details (which you do as it's on the AOR iirc) then it should show up eventually.
