Its been almost a month since landing.. so far no update on ecas so far for me..

My ECAS for PR card application shows "COMPLETE". But when I click to see the detail, it shows the following:
1.We received your application for a permanent resident card on July 7, 2014.
2.We started processing your application on July 30, 2014.

Didn't mention anything about when the application was completed. CIC forgot to update I assume?

You need to call CIC call centre to urge them to process your card more quickly. I know somebody who landed one day earlier than you has already got his card.

yep.. same ecas will show in process...and complete status for PR card ...
thats what i know.

looks like u have done landing on 20july.. just wondering if you are able to check the updates for pr card in your Ecas ?

Did landing on July 6th, nothing on the ECAS for PR Card. I contacted Cic Call center. They told me my application has been sent to other department for further review.

This is BS. What the heck is there to review now ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

Yesterday my PR Card Application status was "Complete"

in the eveneing when i checked the mailbox, i found CIC letters and they were the PR cards.

it took a bit less than 8 weeks from landing to get the cards in hand.

Good luck everyone, just a little more wait and you will get it.
