i have been asked to provide representative form but i haven’t applied through any representative but they think i applied through any representative . what should i do , i have been given only 7 days

Why do they think you applied through a representative? Did you get any help putting together your application? Normally when they ask this question, something has caused them to believe you applied with help.

may be its due to the email address i used to create my fees portal as it was different from original email i have provided on file . can it be??

If you completed the application process entirely on your own and without any assistance, then respond and let them know you applied completely on your own and had no representative. You may also want to explain why there was a separate email address for the fees and whose email address this is.

Then reply that you did not use a representative with a reason for the differing emails to apply and pay fees.
