TR to PR

Hi There
I want to know that if I am eligible for TR to PR in 1 year experience or 1560 hrs.
I worked Full time from May 2020 -August 2020 in drop. Then, I haven’t worked in sept, oct and nov. Then , I worked in January,February March april as a part time. Now from june I am trying to complete hoours by working 60hrs a week. So that I can submit my application in TR to PR. My hours will be completed in July2021. It is more than 1 year experience. But had 3 months gap.

am I eligible for TR to PR(1560hrs) ineligible essential occupations?!

You need at least one year, full time Canadian experience, not hours. You don’t have that. And working 60 hours a week doesn’t double your hours for the 1560. It is capped at 30 hours per week.


So you have 4 months full time, and 4 months part-time. If you start working full time in June for 6 months then you will reach one year Canadian experience by November.
