TR to PR pathway for Permenant Residency

Hi this Praneeth Kommareddy

I have applied my Permanent Residency through TR to PR Pathway on May 6th, 2022. I got my applicaton number through IRCC customer support but not officially through ITA. I have already linked in Express entry profile on January 29th, 2022. I got my medicals updated on my profile February 4th, 2022. Since then, I did not receive any information or updates on my profile. Am eagerly waiting on my application processing but there is no single update on the IRCC profile. I tried contacting IRCC many times but no answers

what should I do now? Is there any alternate that I can contact IRCC?
