Tr to pr 1537 hrs

I applied tr to pr i worked 1537 hrs am i going to get declined i haven't received any updates last time i called it was in progress for eligibility and criminality security haven't started.

I got gcms notes

Workers in-Canada: Stream B (essential non-healthcare) Qualifying employment NOC: 6552 & 6611 & 6421 & 4412 Work Experience: Not Satisfied 1 year qualifying work experience within Canada in the last 3 years: No 6421=114 hours 6552=686 hours 6611=722 hours 4412 (started on July 9th , 2021 and indicated 15 hours per week) Total= 1,537 hours 1524 is not a qualifying NOC Description of duties could not be provided for S&P data
FEES: Cost recovery fee: Paid in full RPRF: Paid in full
ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT: REVIEW REQUIRED After reviewing the information before me, I am not satisfied on balance of probabilities that the PA meets the eligibility requirements of the TR to PR Pathway public policy per IRPA A25.2. Eligibility Requirement not met. Client did not accumulate enough hours under a NOC that met Stream B (essential non-healthcare) requirements. File referred for additional review.

Yes, based on this IRCC plans to refuse you. Most likely you will receive a PFL from IRCC that will indicate they plan to refuse you and provide you with the opportunity to argue that you do in fact meet the minimum requirements. If you think you do in fact meet the minimum requirements, then I would start collecting evidence of that now in preparation for the PFL.
