I am an international student going to Canada for January intake.
My mother wishes to come and visit me for a month during my coarse there and since my father is otherwise occupied and will not be able to come, can she file for a tourist visa separately as she is a house wife and dependent on my father for finance?
Also how can I file her visa? And what all documents should I upload?
