If I get stamped visa of Singapore, Malaysia,thailand ....and after 2 to 3 months apply for Canada tourist visa what are the chances to get visa, my accounts has good funds, and on job and I apply 2 to 3 days tourist visa

Your travel history will be weak. SE Asian countries don’t really count as most allow visa free travel within the region. A trip to Australia would serve you better for travel history.
And if you plan to apply for a visa for Canada for 2-3 days, that will raise a lot of suspicion about your reasons to travel.
