Hi,
Im charmaine from Philippines. Im married to canadian citizen for 7yrs now., Im 28 and my husband is 70yrs old and a pensioner. I got properties, we travel outside the country and proofs. I cant apply for spousal visa bcoz his bankrupt in canada and gonna be okay next yr.. his a permanent res here in philipines for 4yrs now, ., I already submit all the application to the embassy and gonna wait for 2wks.,Am I eligible to come to canada as a tourist visa?? My husband gonna accomodate for my airfare,foods etc..
Pls I need ur advice..

You can certainly apply for a tourist visa - however there is no guarantee it will be approved. It tends to be more difficult to get an approved tourist visa if your spouse is Canadian since CIC will suspect you have plans to remain in Canada long term. However you can certainly try.
