Tourist visa with GF sponser

Hi

I am living in india and doing a job in IT sector with good salary.I have a 3.5+ years relation with my girlfriend but currently now she is in canada from last 2 years.She is on work permit now.

I just want to ask you guys it is possible to get tourist visa on this relationship.If yes then please elaborate

No. A girlfriend cannot sponsor a TRV. In strict terms, TRVs don’t/can’t have sponsors.

a TRV decision is granted on the applicant’s own merits.
You should have a good travel history to visa-requiring countries in addition to your good salary, IMO, if you want any hope.

Currently you would not qualify to travel even if you get a TRV due to travel restrictions.

In a similar boat, is it a good idea to apply anyways?
Hoping the travel restrictions lift by the time of trip, not planning on travelling till end of november or early december.
