I applied online on January 31 for a visitor visa for myself and partner. My partner received a Original Passport Request on March 5, but I have not received any request.
I cannot call the visa office in Pretoria as they don't accept calls, I've emailed twice with no response and there is no info on the CIC account. We have spent a lot of money on our trip to Alaska and have to start thinking about cancelling the trip in mid May!!
Do you think it's an administrative error on their side? Why would they approve the secondary applicant and not the Primary?
Any input would be appreciated.
