I need to renew my parents visitor visa. Can anyone please help on how to proceed please. I couldn't find any information about visa renewal steps from cic website. Need help please. I'm on PR living in Canada.

TRVs cannot be renewed. They need to apply for new visas from scratch

Getting a visitor visa from within Canada
If you are currently a temporary resident in Canada with a valid status (i.e. study or work permit), you can apply for a new visitor visa to return to Canada before you leave.
