Tourist visa longer than work permit expirt

Hello,
I currently have a work permit about to expire in February 2nd but my visitor Visa (V1/multiple entries) expires in 2029. I just want to know if I can remain in Canada past my work permit expiry( I stopped working)? Thank you in advance.

You need to apply for a visitor record to remain in Canada past February 2. A visitor visa just lets you enter Canada.
