tourist visa for spour OR TRV (without work permit) for spouse

Can you kindly tell me the differences? i went to cic website and got confused.

i want to bring my wife in canada ...

but i need to know the differences first.

Both are same TRV and visitor visa. But TRV with work permit is different. Source: singapore.gc.ca
