Tourist visa application

I apllied for a visitor visa to visit canada nd some of my friends in canada but i got refused by saying that my immigration status shows that i will not leave country after visa expiry. I am in new Zealand from last 4 years i am working full time here. It is just a tourist visa. I do not know why they refused my visa. I am well settled in new zealand and i do not want to leave new zealand. Can you help me with this as i am going to reapply for visitor visa to canada. It will be just a small trip for two weeks.

I submitted letter from employer, 2 weeks holidays, job contract, job description, funds, sponsor letter, purpose of visit.
I came as student in new zealand and now working full time from 2016.
Nah i didnt visit any other country

a. Why do you want to visit Canada when you have not visited any other country? That said, it is NOT necessary to have traveled abroad earlier before applying for a TRV.

b. What reasons in your home country/country of residence will make you to leave Canada at the end of a short visit?

I mentioned that in application what why i want to visit canada. I mentioned that i want to visit my friends who lived in canada and relative. As i have plenty of friends in canada. So canada is on number 1 in my bucket list.
I also mentioned that i am working full time here and the employer further support my visa application as well. As working with the same firm from 3 years and every year i got promoted.
So if i want to apply again what should i mention more ?

What wp means here ?
Yep i have property in my home country. And assests here in new zealand as well and enough funds to support myself during my visit. No dependent member but some loans here in new zealand.

Yep. WP expires november 2019. But i am eligible to apply again as employer is supporting me in my next visa
All the property is on my parents name and income from agricultural. So we do not pay taxes as there is no taxes for farmer
