Hi community,

Please I need some advice. I had a PNP nomination and messed up with my IRCC application. I twice had to extend my nomination. My applications were cancelled 2ce for being incomplete. The last time was so painful because I probably reviewed my documents 10 times, but apparently, I misunderstood the wording of a requirement. Now, I am mailing IRCC to ask for another extension. It has been days, sent reminders, still waiting for their response. Is there anything I can do apart from mail/call? I have already decided to get an external party to review if I get another opportunity to apply.

I thought to reach out via LinkedIn to someone working there, maybe he or she can offer best approach (not to fast track or bypass any regulation, just advice), is that too much?
Has anyone worked there before? Any advice? Thanks everyone.

So how exactly did you mess up your application? Give us the full details including any letters they sent you.

Standard policy for workers in an immigration department is to not speak to the general public. They get people thinking like you all the time and will more than likely simply ignore you - IRCC officials aren't allowed to provide advice. You could have come here and checked with us if you had doubts or used a good consultant.

No one from LinkedIn is going to answer you. Don't try this method of contacting them. It's a bad idea. They also do not give advice. If you are looking for advice then you need to hire an immigration lawyer.

Wait for a response to your email.
